Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $199. Orders under $199 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only.

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days within the U.S. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please verify your details before placing your order.

  • Quality Check: Before being shipped, all products are carefully inspected and quality-checked to ensure they meet our standards.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the limited and custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

  • Exchanges (if applicable): If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at nooknookus@aol.com. We will provide instructions for an exchange or store credit.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Because of our strict “All Sales Final” policy, unauthorized returns, order cancellations after shipment, and buyer’s remorse are not valid reasons for a refund.

  • Customers agree to this policy at checkout. By purchasing from NookNook, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

  • Every order is quality-checked prior to shipping, and we provide proof of shipment and tracking.

  • Any attempt to obtain a refund through a chargeback that violates this policy will be disputed with supporting evidence (quality inspection confirmation, tracking details, and proof of delivery).
