  • Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $199. Shipping fees apply for orders under this threshold.

  • International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, and taxes. Free shipping promotions apply only to U.S. orders.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds due to the limited and custom nature of our products.

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nooknookus@aol.com to request an exchange.

  • Every product is quality-checked before being shipped to ensure it meets our standards.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized returns, cancellations after shipment, or “buyer’s remorse” are not valid reasons for a refund.

  • Customers acknowledge and agree to our Shipping & Return Policy at checkout.
